Bahrain Marina appoints CBRE Bahrain to manage the project retail and develop the rental strategy

Bahrain Marina Development Company, the main developer of the Bahrain Marina project that extends on the eastern waterfront of the capital, Manama, has announced the appointment of CBRE Bahrain, the world leader in real estate asset management to take over the operating and managing duties of retail units within the project, as well as developing a comprehensive rental strategy that includes defining the optimal mix of brands, planning commercial areas, and occupancy strategies.

This appointment comes within the framework of the “Bahrain Marina” trend to attract the best global partners to ensure an upscale shopping and entertainment experience, which enhances the attractiveness of the project as an integrated urban destination, attracting visitors from inside Bahrain and the region.

The “Bahrain Marina” project extends over an area of ​​more than 250 thousand square meters, and includes 128 retail units distributed among a group of high -end shops, international restaurants, and famous cafes, along with luxurious residential facilities, an advanced marina, a sea club, and a five -star hotel. The project is one of the most prominent new marine facades that re -draw the scene of shopping, tourism and entertainment in the heart of the capital, Manama.
