Gold and bronze for the UAE in the Arab Billiard Federation Cup championship
Tangier on June 23 / WAM / The UAE team won two “gold and bronze” medals, in the billiards competitions in the Arab Federation of Billiards and Snooker Cup, which is hosted by the Moroccan city of Tangier and ends its competitions today.
The gold medal came by Mahmoud Sharif, who was crowned the title of 9 men’s balls for men, after his victory in the final match against Saudi Khaled Al-Ghamdi, with a score of 11-3, while Khaled Al-Zarouni won the bronze medal in the 10-ball competition.
In the teams ’competitions in the 10 Billiard Competitions Competition, the UAE team won during the group stage over the Somalia team, 11-0, and defeated Morocco 11-4.
The UAE team for the Snooker won 4 colored medals earlier in the same tournament, with a gold, two silver and bronze.
