The start of the ceasefire between Iran and Israel

The ceasefire between Iran and Israel began in force this morning.

Almost an hour and a half before the agreement entered into force, Iran fired 6 missiles towards Israel, and the sirens were dominated in Israel, where the Israeli army announced the fall of rocket batches fired from Iran.

The Israeli army added that the air defense systems were republished again to address the threat, noting that the sirens were launched again in a number of areas inside the country.

The ceasefire came hours after US President Donald Trump announced an agreement between Iran and Israel for the ceasefire between the two parties.

Reuters had quoted a senior Iranian official as saying that “Tehran agreed to a ceasefire with Israel by Qatari mediation and an American proposal.”
