"Abu Dhabi District" It takes a package of decisions to ensure commitment to professional controls

Abu Dhabi, June 24/ WAM/ The Bar Association Affairs Committee in the Judicial Department-Abu Dhabi issued a number of organizational decisions related to the registration of lawyers in the schedule of workers, renewing the registration of representatives of law offices, in addition to looking at a set of requests and professional complaints, as part of its commitment to continue developing the organizational framework for the legal profession, and enhancing a fair and transparent legal environment that accompanies the developments of judicial and legislative work in the emirate Abu Dhabi.

During its periodic meeting, headed by His Excellency Counselor Youssef Saeed Al -Abri, Undersecretary of the Judicial Department, the committee discussed the items on its agenda and took a package of decisions that contribute to the consolidation of the quality of legal performance and ensuring the commitment to the prescribed professional controls.

In this context, the committee approved the registration of lawyers in the schedule of the lawyers working, after passing the training program approved at the Abu Dhabi Judicial Academy, confirming the support of national competencies and enabling them to engage in legal work with high professionalism and professionalism. I reviewed the renovation requests for 10 lawyers who were registered for more than two months, and decided to proceed with the renewal procedures after fulfilling the conditions and the approved requirements.

In the context of following up on professional commitment, the committee reviewed 8 complaints submitted against lawyers and took appropriate decisions in accordance with the procedures followed in a way that achieves professional justice and integrity and preserves the rights of all parties.

The decisions also included renewing the registration of 3 legal offices, after making sure that they completed the necessary requirements, in support of their role in implementing legal procedures and supporting lawyers in performing their duties.
