Dubai rooms are organized "Transport experience forum"

Dubai, June 25 / WAM / Dubai Chambers organized the “Customer Experience Forum” with the aim of reviewing the latest trends and innovations in the field of excellence in customer service.
The forum comes within the “Distinguished Service Program” launched by Dubai Chamber with the aim of improving the practices of private sector in the field of customer service.
The forum, which attracted about 60 representatives of the private sector companies working in a variety of sectors, witnessed many sessions, which included a dialogue session to review a practical model for employing artificial intelligence technology for dialogue with customers through immediate messaging platforms, and another session on ways to enhance employee interaction with customer experiences due to the importance of institutional work culture in raising customer satisfaction rates while one of the dialogue sessions discussed ways Keeping up with changing customer expectations while relying on flexibility and speed in interaction, meeting the requirements of customers and developing integrated digital experiences.
The forum – which was organized in cooperation with the company “Arct Global” – presented in -depth data and visions about the most important developments in the world of customers ’experience and a number of prominent experts discussed the importance of flexibility and providing integrated digital experiences in improving customer service.
The distinguished service program provides for the participating companies the opportunity to obtain the secret shopping reports in a quarterly basis, which provides them with detailed observations about their performance in the field of customer service, highlighting the strengths and possible fields of development, which helps companies make studied data based on data, and implement strategies that help them improve customer experiences.
