Sharjah Education Academy launches the leadership laboratory initiative for Sharjah Governmental Civilizations

Sharjah, June 26 / WAM / The Sharjah Academy of Education launched the first session of the “Leadership Laboratory” initiative for the leadership of Sharjah government nurseries under the slogan “Ideas that make impact” with the aim of providing the leaders of Sharjah government nurseries the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of data planning based on data, leading to achieving the strategic goals of education in Sharjah government nurseries.

The initiative includes a series of interactive and experimental stations that are carefully designed to support educational leaders at the level of Sharjah nurseries by enabling them to read the nursery environment, understand the child’s needs, and determine the challenges and opportunities available away from the generalization, which enhances the ability of the leader to make decisions based on realistic data.

The meeting also hosted a group of experts and administrators from the Sharjah Special Education Authority who contributed to enriching discussions and providing supportive visions that contribute to developing learning environments in the emirate’s nurseries and enhancing integration between the bodies supporting educational action.

Khawla Al -Hosani, Deputy Director of the Sharjah Academy of Education, explained that the “Leadership Laboratory” series was designed specifically to enable the leaders of Sharjah government nurseries by enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field of participatory planning based on data to keep pace with modern educational trends and contribute to achieving the strategic goals of early childhood education.

She added that we are working with the leaders of nurseries closely to provide them with support and guidance, which in turn contributes to developing the performance of nurseries, and we hold in the academy responsible for continuing improvement and development to ensure safe, motivated and motivated educational environments rich in learning for our children in the Emirate of Sharjah.

The leadership laboratories seek to consolidate the culture of joint learning through the launch of vocational learning societies (NLCS) that allow the leaders to exchange experiences and build realistic and effective development plans supported by the concepts of participatory planning, leadership imagination, and institutional vision.

The initiative also included the launch of the “Amira” program, which provides a wealthy space for meditation, imagination and conscious anticipation with the aim of enabling the posts to develop inspiring strategic visions that reflect the reality of their nurseries and aspirations and turn these visions into practical, implemented practical steps that cause a tangible impact within early childhood environments.

The activities of the program included the “Field of Impact”, which is an open platform for the exchange of visions and the display of future scenarios, focusing on empowerment and support factors that can be activated at the level of systems in a way that ensures the sustainability of improvement and the development of institutional performance in nurseries.
