“Air Arabia” is running its first flights to the Russian city of Sochi

“Air Arabia” launched the first low -cost economic airline in the Middle East and North Africa region today, its first direct flights to the Russian city of Sochi, at a rate of six flights per week. This destination is the sixth Russian city to join the company’s destination network from Sharjah alongside Moscow, Kazan, Samara, Ufa Wikatrinburg, which enhances the company’s growing presence in the Russian market.

The CEO of “Air Arabia”, Adel Al -Ali, said that the launch of our direct flights to Sochi represents a new step in our expansion within the Russian market, as this new service provides our customers with a comfortable and economic option for travel between the UAE and Russia. It also contributes to supporting and enhancing tourism and commercial relations between the two countries. Sochi constitutes a new addition to our growing network and destinations in Russia and confirms our continuous commitment to providing more travel opportunities For our customers.

He added that the UAE is one of the most prominent destinations served by Sochi Airport, and with the joining of the Emirate of Sharjah, it becomes the third Emirati city within our network and destinations, which enhances the growing relations between the two countries.

After adding Sochi to the network of “Air Arabia” destinations, the company is now running its flights to Russia from three airports in the UAE, including Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. This expansion confirms the company’s continued commitment to enhance air travel between the UAE and Russia and support the fields of tourism, trade and cultural exchange between the two countries.
