Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts launches a project "Music street"
Fujairah on June 30 / WAM / The Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts launched the “Music Street” project, the first of its kind in the state and the Arab world, which extends the project at a distance of 750 meters on Sheikh Khalifa Road, at the entrance to the city of Fujairah.
The project gives drivers and passengers an exceptional musical experience, as the wheels of cars are played when the tones of the famous computers pass the ninth symphony of the global musician Beethoven.
This qualitative project comes within the academic initiatives to enhance arts in public space, and to integrate music into the details of daily life, in an innovative style that reflects the cultural and artistic nature of the Emirate of Fujairah.
His Excellency Ali Obaid Al -Hafiti, Director General of the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts, said that the music street project is an extension of the vision of Fujairah in making the arts part of daily life, and providing a unique experience that contact people’s senses in unconventional places, and we believe that music is a global language capable of creating exceptional moments even while driving.
He added that this project links art to life and embodies the academic message in spreading beauty and creativity in every angle of the emirate, especially in the artistic fields.
