"General Authority of Civil Aviation" It hosts the 2025 Consulting Air Safety Conference
Dubai on July 1 / WAM / The General Authority of Civil Aviation hosted the Consultative Air Safety Conference 2025 in Dubai, with the participation of a group of flying authorities from all over the UAE, under the slogan “Innovation in organizational frameworks and operational excellence.” The conference was an interactive platform for the exchange of knowledge and organizational developments aimed at upgrading weather safety standards, in line with the UAE Vision 2031.
Engineer Aqeel Al -Zarouni, Assistant Director General of the Authority Safety Affairs Sector at the Authority, said that the 2025 Consulting Air Safety Conference reflects our common ambition for leadership through cooperation, innovation and organizational flexibility and through the integration of efforts with our partners in the sector, we continue to build a culture of safety in support of sustainable growth in the aviation sector inside and outside the UAE.
The conference witnessed the announcement of the “Safety Resolution 2025-01” regarding addressing the issue of exhaustion in the aircraft maintenance environment, in addition to discussions on the operations of the vertical electrical planes “EVTOL”, the compliance systems enhanced by artificial intelligence, weather flexibility in the face of the weather, the response to the emergency, the efficiency of safety performance “ALOSP”, and the amendment of work schedules and comfort.
The conference dealt with updates related to pilots licenses, control of training programs, non-technical competencies, dealing with travelers’ behaviors, as well as reviewing improvements in Car-APS systems and electronic services, and calling for participation in the “Safety Marathon 2025”.
