Kuwait .. Al -Wataniya Real Estate shares achieve the largest daily gains in 15 months

The share of the National Real Estate Company, listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, increased by 9.04% during the trading of today’s session, to close at 83 fils per share, achieving the largest daily gains in 15 months.

The trading on Al -Wataniya Real Estate shares at that time came through 25.01 million shares, with a value of trading 2.03 million dinars.

The highest price of the share at that time was at 84 fils during the session, while the lowest price was at 75 fils, to touch his highest price in a year, 3 months and 3 days.

The national real estate company achieved a net profit of 1.21 million Kuwaiti dinars during the first quarter of this year, compared to a net profit of 2.90 million dinars during the same period in 2024, which reflects a decline in financial performance on an annual basis.

The company was established in 1973 with an elementary capital of 5 million Kuwaiti dinars, and later included in the Kuwait Stock Exchange as a public shareholding company since 1984. Its headquarters are located in Al Hamra Tower, Al -Shuhada Street, in the Safat area in the Kuwaiti capital.

The company’s activities are distributed in several fields, including the development and possession of real estate, trade and rental of commercial, residential and industrial units, in addition to real estate and infrastructure management, as well as providing consulting, maintenance and organizing exhibitions services, as well as implementing contracts that follow the construction, operation and transport model (BOT).

The company implements a number of major projects at the local and regional levels, the most prominent of which is the “Reem Mall” commercial center in Abu Dhabi, which cost about one billion dollars, in addition to residential, commercial and industrial projects in several countries, including Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Libya, Lebanon, Iraq and the UAE.
