South Korean actress Lee Seo Yi, who was recently famous for her roles in the romantic comedy series “Divorce Security”, died at the age of 43.

Her business manager, Song Sio Yi, announced the news of the death on the first of July through a post on “Instagram”, in which she said: “My wonderful, beautiful and gentle sister became a star in the sky on June 20, 2025.” She added that the news may grieve the fans, but she invited them to pray in order to move it to a more beautiful and better place.

The director has not revealed the cause of death or its circumstances yet.

About a week before her death, Lee Sio Yi posted a touching message on her Instagram account, which included a video of the song “I Coupder Say Anything” in the sign language of the director Park, and commented on him saying: “Time is very late, but I lie in peace, my brother …”. She expressed her longing and grief for her brother’s loss, describing it as a sign of a survival and a calm source of her feelings.

The video, which was filmed only using natural light, appeared, Lee Seo Yi at the height of its brilliance, which left a deep impact on the hearts of her fans.
