"Pasture" A promotional tour is concluded in the United Kingdom

Ras Al Khaimah, July 4 / WAM / The Ras Al Khaimah Economic Regions Authority “Rakz” concluded a weekly promotional tour in the United Kingdom, with the aim of strengthening its relations with the British business community; It shed light on the increasing gravity of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah as a strategic center for expansion globally.
The authority’s delegation was chaired by Rami Glad, CEO of the Rakz Group; Where he held a series of high -level meetings with companies working in the sectors of manufacturing, advanced technology, luxury goods and fast trading consumer goods.

These meetings witnessed an increasing interest in the attractive investment environment provided by the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, which combines economic efficiency and advanced infrastructure and easy access to regional markets.
“Rakz” participated during the tour in a number of important business platforms such as the “business practice in the UAE”, organized by the British Chamber of Commerce at Manchester University, and the “British -Emirati reception for stakeholders”, in London, which brought together government and executive leaders to discuss the development of trade and investment relations between the two countries.
Gallad said that “Rakiz” is keen to provide the appropriate environment that enables companies to expand flexibility and build effective relationships, and that the delegation managed during this tour to highlight the position of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, which is not limited to being an alternative option, but rather a real competitive advantage backed by an integrated support system provided by “Rakz”.
The “Rakz” business community is currently hosting more than 3,200 British investors, while the number of active investors from the United Kingdom has witnessed a growth of more than 37% during the past two years, which reflects the growing awareness of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah as a reliable and effective destination to expand in the regional and global markets.
This success is based on the strong economic relationship between the UAE and the United Kingdom, where the UAE ranked between the fourth quarter of 2023 and the third quarter of 2024 ranked nineteenth among the largest commercial partners of the “Kingdom”, and the fifteenth rank as the largest British export market as a source of imports.

In 2023 alone, the volume of foreign direct investment of the United Kingdom in the UAE amounted to $ 26 billion, while Emirati investments in the British market amounted to $ 4.5 billion.
