Archive and the National Library reviews in Beijing the history of Emirati -Chinese relations

BEIJING, on July 6 / WAM / The archive and the national library organized a cultural session in Beijing in which he highlighted the historical and diplomatic relations between the United Arab Emirates and the People’s Republic of China, in which it reviewed the most important official documents and historical photos preserved in the archive and the national library on the close relations between the two friendly countries.
The session, presented by Professor Iman Al -Braiki from the archive and the National Library, touched on the early beginnings of diplomatic relations between the two countries, which dates back to the stage after the establishment of the Union in December 1971 until diplomatic relations took their official form with the opening of the Embassy of the Republic of China in Abu Dhabi, followed by the opening of the Emirates embassy in Beijing.
The session indicated that the relations between the two countries have evolved in the past four decades to include multiple fields such as economics, culture, education and energy, innovation … and others.
Al -Buraiki reviewed a set of photos documenting the official visits made by the leaders of the two countries, which formed articulated stations in bilateral relations that represent a successful model in international cooperation based on mutual respect and common interests.
