Dubai, July 9 / WAM / Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the Culture and Arts Authority in Dubai, witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between “Dubai Culture” and “Dubai Health”, with the aim of consolidating communication and strategic partnership and expanding the prospects for joint cooperation between them.
This memorandum comes in the context of the two parties ’commitment to enrich the cultural movement in Dubai, enhance its health system, and raise the artistic taste of various groups of society, in line with the quality of life quality in the emirate, advance the wheel of creativity in it and achieve its visions and future aspirations.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by His Excellency Hala Badri, Director General of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, and Dr. Amer Sharif, Executive Director of “Dubai Health”.
The Memorandum of Understanding stipulates the activation of the “Art for Goodness – the Axis of Health” aimed at integrating the arts into the “Dubai Health” system, which contributes to enriching the supportive environments of the recovery journey, through innovative methods that focus on human health.
The memo reflects the keenness of “Dubai Culture” and “Dubai Health” to implement the principles of the Dubai government related to activating communication between local authorities and institutions and exchanging the best practices and different experiences in a way that supports the achievement of the emirate’s visions and aspirations, in addition to the integration of their efforts to raise the level of life quality, by setting joint mechanisms to monitor and evaluate the impact of technical initiatives on the well -being of patients and benefit from them in launching future projects.
Hala Badri emphasized that Dubai continues to consolidate its position to be the best destination in the world to live, work and entertain, thanks to the ambitious visions of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, who has always believed in the importance of building a person and improving the quality of his life, and the need to empower him and invest in his capabilities and energies and benefit from it in building a competitive economy, pointing out that the activation of the “art initiative For good – the axis of health “will contribute to the consolidation of ties between culture and health.

Hala Badri pointed out that the Memorandum of Understanding between “Dubai Culture” and “Dubai Health” is an important step to enhance healthy lifestyles in the emirate, and to achieve the targets of “Dubai Social Agenda 33”, aimed at improving the standard of living in Dubai and focusing on family, health, education and social welfare.
She said: “Art for good – the axis of health” reflects the commitment of the authority to integrate creative cultural initiatives in the health care environment, and to find a sustainable creative system capable of opening horizons for artists and encouraging them to harness their inspiring works to accelerate recovery and integrating their ideas and arts into the health care system.
