Dubai Airport launches a new service to receive guests in “Building 3”

Dubai Airports Foundation launched the new DXB Greet & Go service, which provides a more sophisticated and organized experience to receive guests in “Building 3” at Dubai International Airport.
The Foundation stated, in a statement yesterday, that this service targets travelers coming to Dubai who have prior reservations with hotels, «limousine» services or licensed tourism companies, to be a substitute for the traditional method of receiving guests with signs of names.
The hospitality hall service allows travelers coming to “Building 3” to wipe the quick response code in the approved kiosk for this purpose, to view the driver’s and vehicle data allocated to them, including the car site and the number of its painting.
After that, the multi -language “hospitality hall” team guides the guests from the reception point approved to their vehicles, which guarantees them a more comfortable reception experience.
The new hospitality hall service, located in the reception area in the arrivals, is an accredited and organized meeting point that is in line with operating and safety standards at Dubai International Airport, and contributes to improving the flow of arrivals and reducing congestion.
The service is available for hotels, «limousine» companies and licensed tourism in Dubai, where these authorities can record drivers and vehicles data through the “DXB Greet & Go” platform and send the rapid response code to the guests before their arrival, and when the guest surveys the code, the platform team shall verify its data and accompany it to the vehicle designated for it.
“The launch of the (hospitality hall) service comes within the framework of our continuous efforts to provide a more efficient and comfortable travel experience for our guests, as this service enables our partners from hotels and tourism companies licensed to provide a more organized reception experience, in addition to enhancing the smooth flow of arrivals and the efficiency of our operational operations in the passenger building.”
