A wide global turnout to participate in the Abu Dhabi International Chess Festival

Abu Dhabi, July 10/ WAM/ Abu Dhabi Chess and Mental Games announced that participation in the 31st edition of the Abu Dhabi International Chess Festival scheduled from August 14 to 25 next to the elite of the world champions.

The club confirmed in a statement today, the participation of a group of Gulf team players representing Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, in addition to the most prominent international professors from the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the prominent classified and international champion in the name of Samir, the great international professor Ahmed Adly, in addition to international professors from Jordan, and some other Arab countries.

Hussein Al -Khoury, Chairman of the Club Board of Directors, affirmed the existence of great arrangements for the festival with the support of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, amid a global interest in the event, given his continued success in attracting the elite, the distinctive levels of the participants, and the global echoes it achieved.

He explained that the club is implementing a comprehensive plan across the various committees in preparation for the launch of events, following up all the requirements for the festival, coordinating with the relevant authorities, and overcoming all matters related to the participation of the heroes from outside the country, praising the fruitful cooperation with the partners and the Emirates Chess Federation, and local clubs.
