The Saudi Cable Company announced the issuance of the ruling of the Fifth Commercial Department of Appeal in the Commercial Court in Riyadh, today. /> 1- First: Proof of the responsibility of the procedure (Walid bin Muhammad bin Hussein Sabihi) by violating the provisions of the bankruptcy system and the regulations and rules that emerged from it, by not presenting the claims to the debtor a healthy offer. />
3- Third: The reflection of the ruling of the department issued on 09/23/1445 and the judge "The department ruled: The adoption of the list of claims registered with request No. (131) submitted by the procedure secretary, Walid bin Muhammad bin Hussein Subhi, in the bankruptcy lawsuit (103) for the year 1444 AH. /> 1- Fourth: The isolation of the Secretary Walid bin Muhammad bin Hussein Subhi, who is appointed in the procedure of the financial reorganization of the debtor (Saudi Cable Company). /> Third: Nael Fayez’s appeal is not accepted.
