GFH expects an agreement with Dubai to support children’s education in the UAE

In the context of its constant keenness to cause a positive impact on the societies in which it is active, the GFH (GFH) financial group has signed a partnership agreement with Dubai Cares, part of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum global initiatives, with the aim of supporting the institution in its mission of enabling children and youth to obtain sound education.

The signing ceremony took place at the Dubai Cares headquarters in Dubai, in the presence of Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Al -Shehhi, Head of Operations in Dubai Al -Ataa, Mrs. Sahar Qanati, Head of the Institutional Relations Department at GFH, Mrs. Nawal Al Naji, Senior Director of the Corporate Relations Department at GFH, and Miss Zeinab Feridoni, Vice President of Partnerships Department in Dubai Cares.

Within this partnership, the group announced its sponsorship of the “Preparing a Bag for a New Beginning” initiative that is organized within the “Volunteering in the Emirates” program of Dubai Ataa, which will be held tomorrow, Friday, July 11 at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, with the participation of more than 100 individuals, and this includes GFH employees and its strategic partners, including the GFH Partners, the Sheffield Private School and the Balfider School British and Interint.

The members of the GFH team with volunteers from all over the UAE will participate in preparing 2,000 integrated school bags that include stationery tools, notebooks and other basic supplies, with the aim of supporting children from needy families in the country and ensuring their willingness for the next academic year.

This support confirms the commitment of GFH to social responsibility and sustainable development, as the group seeks to build strategic partnerships with the leading civil society institutions in the countries of the Cooperation Council such as Dubai Cares, with the aim of expanding its societal initiatives at the regional and global levels.
