The Arab Bicycle Federation announces the start of the general assembly procedures
Sharjah, July 15 / WAM / The Arab Union of Bicycles, based in the Emirate of Sharjah, announced the launch of the General Assembly of the 2024-2028 session, to be held in the Omani capital, Muscat, on August 30.
The elections include the positions of the president, the president of the president, and the position of deputy of the new president, in addition to six seats in the board of directors, while the General Secretariat of the Federation directed the nomination forms to all national federations, provided that the nominations are returned to the General Secretariat before August 10.
Counselor Ismail Salem Al -Hosani, Secretary -General of the Federation, confirmed that the Board of Directors will adopt the final list of candidates after reviewing the requests, in preparation for their official announcement before federations and the media, within the framework of the Federation’s commitment to the highest standards of professional transparency.
Sheikh Faisal bin Humaid Al Qasimi, the current president of the federation, announced his candidacy for a new session.
