"Abu Dhabi Judiciary" Video call times are set for inmates in correctional centers during Eid al-Fitr
Abu Dhabi, 17 March / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department has set video call times for inmates of correctional and rehabilitation centers in the Al Wathba and Al Ain regions during the Eid Al Fitr holiday, through the smart application “Nafzati”, with the aim of enabling inmates to share the joy of the Eid with their families and strengthen family ties through digital solutions that ensure continuity of social communication in the festive atmosphere.
Remote communication periods are scheduled to begin from Wednesday, March 18, until Friday, March 20, 2026, from eight in the morning until four in the evening.
The department explained that the process of registering video communication requests is available to inmates’ families electronically through the Abu Dhabi Government Services website “Tamm”, or through the following link www.adpolice.gov.ae, and according to this procedure, the applicant is notified of the approval via a short text message that includes the specific date and center designated for conducting the communication process using the advanced “Nafizati” application technologies.
