Dubai, March 17 / WAM / The Rental Disputes Resolution Center, in cooperation with the Dubai Police General Headquarters, launched the integrated digital connectivity system, which contributes to developing the judicial work system and enhancing the speed and efficiency of services provided to customers.
The launch ceremony was held at the center’s headquarters in Dubai, in the presence of a delegation from the Dubai Police General Command headed by His Excellency Major General Hareb Mohammed Saeed Al Shamsi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police for Criminal Sector Affairs, along with a number of officials and specialized experts from both parties, as part of joint efforts to activate digital coordination between government institutions, and simplify administrative tasks related to judicial and executive affairs.
The current launch comes as a continuation of the partnership process that began between them during the last period, which witnessed a series of meetings, which contributed to laying the practical foundations for implementing a comprehensive digital system that links procedures and services related to rental lawsuits. This, in turn, accelerates payment processes and technical tasks between the government systems of the two parties, and provides complete flexibility between the mechanisms of arrest, habeas corpus, and various criminal measures.
The unified digital system also aims to exchange data and transactions between the relevant departments in a safe and rapid manner, while reducing the time taken to complete transactions and improving the customer experience to the fullest.
His Excellency Judge Abdul Qadir Musa Mohammed, Chairman of the Rental Disputes Settlement Center, confirmed that this project represents a qualitative leap in the process of developing the judicial approach in the emirate, indicating that the Center continues to work on adopting innovative and advanced solutions in line with the Dubai government’s directions in digital leadership regionally and globally.
He explained that the digital payment and connectivity feature enhances the effectiveness of judicial services related to the rental and real estate sector, pointing out that mutual cooperation with the Dubai Police General Command reflects the common interest in facilitating and accelerating procedures, in order to achieve the highest levels of quality in institutional and governmental work.
For his part, His Excellency Major General Hareb Mohammed Saeed Al Shamsi said that the existing cooperation with the Rental Disputes Center embodies an advanced model of institutional integration between government agencies, and confirms the Dubai Police’s firm commitment to improving criminal and judicial services through modern technologies, pointing out that the Dubai Police General Command is keen to expand partnerships with various government institutions with the aim of permanent development in joint work strategies.
The digital linkage program with the center is an important step towards providing faster and more efficient solutions, supporting Dubai’s vision of establishing the best governance standards based on innovation and continuous development.
The results of this activated digital system will support the ability of the Rental Disputes Center and Dubai Police to provide accurate services in a short time, while ensuring continuous follow-up of all digital transactions for beneficiaries of the judicial and administrative authorities in Dubai.
