The German Constitutional Court rejects a lawsuit over US aircraft attacks via Ramstein

& nbsp; The Federal Constitutional Court in Germany ruled today that the government has not violated international law to allow the United States to partially operate aircraft from its territory, through a satellite infrastructure stationed at the Ramstein Air Base in Rinland-Phafts in southwest of the country. & quot; Politico & quot; European- in response to a lawsuit submitted by two Yemeni citizens, their uncle, a Yemeni cleric, was killed in an American raid targeting an element of al-Qaeda in August 2012, and also resulted in the killing of another Yemeni civilian.
