Ahmed bin Hamid adopts the second edition of the job evaluation and classification system in the Ajman government
Ajman on July 20/ WAM/ Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, representative of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs, issued a decision to adopt the second edition of the system of evaluation and classification of jobs in the Ajman government, in line with modern job changes and the needs of government agencies, and in order to raise the efficiency of institutional performance and enhance justice and transparency in job classification.
The decision stipulated that the Human Resources Department of the Ajman government take full supervision of the implementation of the system, by issuing evidence, forms and executive decisions, following up the application in government agencies, and submitting periodic reports, including challenges and recommendations.
The decision also stipulated the abolition of any previous regulations or decisions that contradict its provisions, regarding the evaluation and classification of jobs.
