The Etihad of Telecom Company (Gu Telecom) announced the start of the commercial activity of its subsidiary, “Future Resources Company for Human Resources”.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The subsidiary company is a limited liability company and a capital of 25 thousand riyals.
She added that the company is 100% owned by the Atheeb Communications Union, while commercial activity begins from today, Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
It should be noted that the “Future Resources Company for Human Resources” has been established in accordance with the provisions of the corporate system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it was registered in Riyadh in the commercial registry No. 1009085847 on 11 Safar 1444 AH corresponding to August 15, 2024 AD.

This launch comes within the framework of the growth strategy pursued by the Etihad of Telecom Company (Gu Telecom), which is aimed at diversifying income sources, enhancing operational efficiency, and expanding new markets in a way that contributes to achieving growth sustainability.
She noted the inclusion of the “Future Resources Company for Human Resources” among the previously unified financial statements announced by the company, as it is a subsidiary fully owned.
