"Dubai lands" and"Emirates NBD" They develop mechanisms for registering real estate actions
Dubai, July 22 / WAM / The Dubai Land and Property Department signed a memorandum of cooperation with Emirates NBD, with the aim of developing mechanisms for registering real estate behavior and enhancing the efficiency of the real estate system through innovative financial solutions that support the investor trip and put the customer at the heart of the process.
The partnership includes the implementation of two proactive studies that cover the organizational and procedural aspects, and the first aims to improve the process of registering real estate actions concluded outside the country, and the second to provide financial services that contribute to simplifying real estate sales transactions and enhancing the ease of procedures.
His Excellency Omar Hamad Bushehab, Director General of the Department, stressed that this step represents an important tributary to develop the real estate registration system and expand the scope of transparency and efficiency in line with the targets of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, and enhances the emirate’s position as an attractive destination for global real estate investment.
Hisham Abdullah Al -Qasim, Vice -Chairman of the Board of Directors, Managing Director of Emirates NBD, pointed out that the partnership reflects the bank’s commitment to supporting innovation and providing solutions that rise to the experience of customers and contribute to enhancing confidence in the real estate market.
The partnership comes within a broader efforts to support the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to make the emirate among the three best global economic cities, as it falls within the framework of an integrated development vision based on creating an organizational environment that is able to attract specific investments and enhance the flexibility and competitiveness of the real estate sector, and cooperation embodies a model of integration between the governmental and financial sectors to support digital transformation and raise the quality of services and keep pace with transformations Future in the real estate business environment.
