Maps and Aglas Library .. An Arab heritage and a digital future in the Mohammed bin Rashid Library

Dubai, July 22 / WAM / The maps and Aglas Library in the Mohammed bin Rashid Library embodies a unique cognitive edifice that combines the authenticity of the Arab Islamic heritage with a modern digital vision that keeps pace with the requirements of knowledge in the current era, as the library includes more than 7 thousand and 753 cognitive articles that include books, maps, Aglas, travel magazines and multiple media in various languages.

The library also includes a rare historical Aglas, the most prominent of which is the Mayor at the 1680s, and the Atlas of the World Theater issued in the Belgian city of Antwerp in 1592.
