Abu Dhabi, July 25 / WAM / The ESG Stallions, affiliated to the Global Holding Company, revealed that it achieved 11 % growth on an annual basis in its revenues to reach 709.99 million dirhams compared to the first half of the year 2024, as part of its financial results for the first half of the 2025 it announced today.
While the operational profits before the tax increased by 11 % on an annual basis to 131.77 million dirhams, reflecting the continuous momentum of the group and its increasing operational efficiency.
The group – which is active in sectors that extend from the solutions of workforce, real estate development, internal design and manufacturing, maintained agriculture and landscape coordination – a strong financial center after the shareholders ’rights increased by 7 % compared to the end of December 2024 to reach 2.674 billion dirhams … while the book value of the share increased to 10.70 dirhams, confirming the group’s commitment to provide a sustainable and long -term value For her shareholders.
His Excellency Matar Al -Yibhouni Al -Dhahiri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the group, said that the results reflect the continuation of the group’s positive path, and strengthening its location, reliable and renewed for the sectors that cover it, stressing their commitment to implementing effective growth strategies focusing on innovation, empowering work teams, and expanding the group’s work locally and regionally.
The first half of this year witnessed a number of strategic initiatives, which reflects the long -term group vision, including the launch of a new platform that includes companies specialized in real estate development, and the conclusion of strategic partnerships for distinguished residential projects, as well as strengthening regional presence by opening new branches and expanding productive capabilities to meet the increasing demand in Gulf markets.
