How do you avoid harm?
• Use a scrunchies to reduce tension.
• Avoid sleeping with tied hair.
• Exercise, such as tightening the chin and stretching the chest muscles to improve the position of the head and relieve muscle tension.
The good news is that you will not have to give up the favorite hairstyle, it is sufficient to adhere to some simple precautions to avoid its negative effects on your health.
