Abdullah Al -Hamid visits the Emirates pavilion in "Expo 2025 Osaka"

Osaka (Japan) on July 28/ WAM/ His Excellency Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamid, head of the National Media Office, Chairman of the Emirates Media Council, visited the Emirates Pavilion at the “Expo 2025 Osaka” exhibition in Japan, which bears the slogan “From Earth to Ether”.
His Excellency, accompanied by His Excellency Dr. Jamal Mohamed Obaid Al -Kaabi, Director General of the National Media Office, reviewed the most prominent content of the pavilion that reflects the future vision of the Emirates, and its global participation in the areas of sustainability, health, technology, and space, and reviews the achievements of the state and highlighting its role in advancing collective progress and empowering individuals through scientific research, innovation and activating the role of youth.
His Excellency Abdullah Al Hamed stressed that the participation of the UAE in this international event embodies its firm commitment to enhancing international cooperation and devoting its position a global bridge for dialogue and joint progress, by presenting its development vision and inspiring experiences in the areas of innovation, sustainability and human building.
His Excellency expressed his appreciation for the distinguished efforts that were made in the design of the inspiration from the palm tree, with the symbolic depth of the heritage and the link to the Emirati identity, which contributed to his honorable appearance that made him attract more than a million visitors in two months, appreciating the pioneering role of Her Highness Sheikha Bint Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the Mohammed bin Zayed Foundation for the Human impact, in direct supervision of the design of the wing And its continuous follow -up to all its details.
His Excellency said that the participation of the UAE in Expo Osaka represents an extension of the country’s vision in building a future based on sustainability and prosperity, by strengthening global partnerships, exchanging knowledge, and achieving a conscious balance between technological progress and preserving the environment, recalling in this regard the participation of the capital Abu Dhabi in Expo Osaka in the year 1970 in the first Emirati appearance within the “Expo” exhibitions.
His Excellency the Head of the National Media Office also visited a number of wings participating in the earnings of Japan, including the wings of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, the State of Qatar, the State of Kuwait, and the Kingdom of Bahrain, which highlight inspiring Gulf contributions.
His Excellency praised the interactive ideas and experiences of these wings that embody the progress made by the Gulf states in various fields, especially in innovation, sustainability and culture.
His Excellency praised the efforts made in designing the wings that reflect the national identity of each country and show the effectiveness of the effective Gulf states in global issues, stressing the importance of this diverse Gulf presence in enhancing the positive image of the region on the international scene.
His Excellency also visited the Japan Pavilion, the host country, praised the organization of the exhibition and the wealth of the cultural experience.
