The Emirati child, Nahyan Farhan Saleh Al -Matari, who is 11 years old, decided to invest his summer vacation in an unconventional way, away from screens and electronic devices, so he launched a small project with his personal effort in front of his house in the Musheirf area in Ajman, and he called him “Al -Freij Refrigerator”, and through which he presents iced juices and cold water for the residents of the neighborhood, transforming his free time into a realistic experience in the work And the initiative.

The idea, despite its simplicity, attracted the interest of the population and passers -by, and its resonance reached Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, head of the municipality and planning department in Ajman, who visited the child in support and encouragement of the initiative and his small project, and in appreciation of his idea and motivating him to continue his project, in a position that reflects the leadership of the leadership to cultivate the values of responsibility, work and diligence in the hearts of young people.

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi described the child as “the youngest dealer in the neighborhood”, saying to him: “Kfu … continue”, which were words that greatly affected the child and raised his enthusiasm to continue his project, develop his passion for work and effort, and exploit free time in a positive way.

Speaking about the beginning of the idea, the child Nahyan Al -Matari told «Emirates Today»: “I was talking to my friends about something that we do on the leave, and I thought about this small project in front of my house, and I told my father the idea and encouraged me to it, and after the exams a week I started implementing it, and I prepare a drink (Al -Mahito) myself, then I went out in front of the house from five in the afternoon until seven in the evening and selling juices for passers -by I rejoice when people buy it. ”

On the visit of Sheikh Rashid Al -Nuaimi, he said: “In the beginning, a stranger came and my friend and I photographed during the sale, and we hoped that the Sheikh would visit us, and we actually visited us after a week, and it was a surprise visit to me, and he said to me: (Cuff, continue, you are the youngest dealer in the neighborhood), and encouraged me a lot to continue, and praised the idea and exploiting the summer vacation times.”

On his future dreams, Nahyan continued: “I dream of growing up this project, possessing a small shop for my own, and that it becomes a large merchant in the future.”

As for his father, Farhan Saleh Al -Matari, he saw in this experience what is more than a summer project, but rather a real education space for his son during his summer vacation away from screens and electronic devices, saying: “The idea of the project originated from Nahyan himself after his conversation with a group of his friends, and encouraged him to contact society and strengthen his personality, and reduce the time of sitting in front of the computer and devices.”

He added: “I wanted him to feel the value of effort, money and return, and after a period of his project and sitting in front of the house to sell juices, I noticed a remarkable development in his personality, increased his self -confidence, and became planning to spend money consciously in order with his mother.”

Nahyan’s father thanked Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi for his support for children and community initiatives, indicating that the visit had a great impact on his son’s psyche, and increased his enthusiasm and his interest in trade and work.
