The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority launched updates for land replacement services and housing between citizens in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through the Abu Dhabi housing application, as part of a number of updates to the application that contribute to continuing to facilitate the obtaining of customers’ access to the services provided by the authority.

The new updates include activating the service of replacing government housing between citizens in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, in addition to major updates on land replacement services, by launching an interactive digital platform on the “Abu Dhabi housing” application that enables citizens wishing to replace their benefits (housing or lands) on the application platform, which allows them to choose the appropriate benefits for them from the supply of the platform, according to their social needs, according to their social needs, according to their social needs, according to their social needs, according to their social needs Including the achievement of family rapprochement between citizens.

The new updates of citizens allow the replacement of their benefits through the application through three options, which are the replacement by mutual consent between citizens agreed with each other, and the replacement by searching for appropriate benefits on the platform, or submitting an application for replacement from the available government stocks.

His Excellency Hamad Haret Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority said: “Replacement services were fundamentally evolved to keep pace with the expectations of citizens wishing to replace their lands or their housing in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, through a fully digital experience that guarantees them to offer their benefits, and review other benefits offered to exchange through an interactive platform that includes detailed data on each property, including the geographic region And the area, the readiness of the infrastructure, and other details to choose the most suitable benefit for their family needs, then submit an application for replacement through the application, and to continue the procedures on a digital trip that provides citizens with ease and clarity, and complete all procedures until obtaining the ownership deed without the need to leave their homes ».

His Excellency Al -Muhairi added: “The authority works to provide smart solutions, and to provide initiatives that encourage citizens who have residential lands, and they did not initiate the activation of their loans and build their housing to start building, and benefit from their housing loans during the three -year time period according to the policy of housing benefits, as the authority has developed replacement services to provide easy practical solutions that ensure that extensive options provide from the extensive options The lands offered for replacement, as well as the authority’s cooperation with (Tayasir) to provide free services for the beneficiaries of the housing loan program, who want to build their homes to choose the design and the contractor and follow up the construction until the housing is received ».

Citizens can submit applications for land replacement within specific controls and conditions, which are that the lands to be replaced are residential and unlikely, and that they are free of construction work except for the fence, if found, and that there are no obstacles to construction, except for the lack of infrastructure services, the absence of any legal and organizational contraindications, or rights for others in them, and that the lands to be replaced in the geographical scope are located Himself, with the exception of humanitarian and social situations.

As for the conditions for replacing government housing, it is that the housing to be replaced is a valid and unacceptable grant, and that the difference between the area of the lands based on housing does not exceed 30%, and that the difference between the building area does not exceed 10%, and that the difference between the ages of the two housing does not exceed 10 years, and that there are no legal and regulatory contraindications, or the rights of others in it, and that the housing to be replaced in the geographical scope itself, the same geographic scope, the same geographic scope, With the exception of humanitarian and social cases.

In the event that it is proven that one of the parties to the replacement or both of them obtain a material benefit or any form of mosquitoes, the approval of the replacement is canceled, without prejudice to the criminal, civil or administrative responsibility.
