Silent symptoms may turn into a real danger!

Iron deficiency, or a decrease in the level of virite, is one of the common health problems in women, especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in cases of heavy menstruation. This deficiency often develops silently without clear symptoms at first, making it dangerous if not discovered early.

The most important symptoms of iron deficiency:
Permanent fatigue and general weakness: It does not go away even after rest or sleep.
Dizziness and headache: especially when standing or after effort, due to a lack of oxygen in the brain.
Pallor of the skin and cold ends: as a result of poor blood circulation.
Heart palpitations and shortness of breath: because the body tries to compensate for hypoxia.
Hair loss and weak nails: nails may become fragile or concave, and the hair gradually falls.
The desire to eat non -nutritional things: such as snow or paper (a case known as Pica).
Discriminate focus and mood swings: due to the effect of hypoxia on the brain.
Legs are restless: an annoying feeling of wanting to move the legs during rest or before bed.

When should a virite examination be performed?
– When the previous symptoms are present.
– In cases of pregnancy, breastfeeding, or heavy cycle.
If you feel unjustified fatigue or chronic coldness in the extremities.

Important alert: Iron examination alone is not enough, but the virite must be examined to assess the iron stock in the body. The ratio of less than 30 ng/millimeter indicates a deficiency, and less than 10-15 ng indicates a severe deficiency that requires immediate treatment.
