The Public Prosecution stressed, through its account in (X), that assaulting the sanctity of private life via information network means is a criminal offense requiring criminal accountability, as part of its ongoing efforts to protect the rights of individuals and enhance digital security.
The Public Prosecution explained that protecting the privacy of private life and reducing digital violations is at the core of its efforts to preserve rights and promote legal awareness.
Violating the sanctity of private life through information network means is an accountable crime. To protect privacy and enhance digital security.
It stressed that anyone who uses technical devices or means in a way that violates the private life of others will be held accountable.
The prosecution indicated that one of the most prominent forms of infringement on private life is the misuse of mobile phones equipped with a camera or something similar.
