This ceiling is based on the assumption of the use of half of the family members to serve daily, ensuring that the prices are within the reach of various social segments, and makes the train an economic and sustainable option for daily movement.
A package of discounts
The support umbrella extended to include people with disabilities and cancer patients, including Saudis and residents, where they will be granted with one facilities for each of them by 50% on all trips.
The authority emphasized that these ratios are a minimum, while encouraging operators to increase them or expand the beneficiary groups as part of their marketing plans and social responsibility.
These options include: one use tickets such as a single trip ticket, tickets based on time, such as daily, weekly, monthly and annual, in addition to multi -use tickets that allow a specific number of trips during a specific time period, and flexible tickets that enable the passenger to adjust the appointments without additional fees, along with seasonal tickets dedicated to occasions, in a way that meets the needs of various categories of users and provides them with them Flexible and economic options.
It is also allowed to launch loyalty programs for regular passengers, provided that the authority is notified of the details of these programs and their promotional plans.
Ticket version and payment systems: electronic and easy to reach
The regulatory policy of the General Transport Authority stipulated that the ticket issuance and payment systems be available, easy to access and use, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for passengers.
The requirements of the authority in this aspect include providing various options for purchasing tickets, including: buying via websites or smart applications, and the presence of selling offices inside the stations, as well as self -sales machines or the ability to purchase over the phone.
The policy stressed the need to accept payment in cash or through electronic means, with tickets available with their paper and electronic formulas, provided that the sales systems support at least Arabic and English languages to facilitate the use of all passengers.
Standardization of the wage system
Within the goals of integration, the policy stipulates the necessity of unifying the wage system and tickets between the various means of transportation, enabling the passenger to use one ticket to reach its destination using more than one means of transportation, and enhances the flexibility of mobility between iron lines and other means of transportation.

In the event that there are deficiencies in the proposal, the operator must complete them within 45 days from the date of submission.
This methodology is also applied when amending wages or submitting new fees, whether for current or new projects.
Annual review of the wage system
The operator is committed to conducting an annual wage system and analyzing operating costs, and providing the authority with the required reports, and the authority has the right to review performance results and regulate prices in line with quality and cost indicators.
The authority confirmed that the value -added tax is added to the wages approved within the policy, and it is calculated on the basis of the final wage, and is borne by the passenger.
