Ajman Resources" It adopts the unified cloud system for human resources management in government agencies
Ajman on August 4 / WAM / The Human Resources Department of the Ajman Government announced the start of the implementation of the cloud version of the “Oracle Cloud” system as a unified system for managing human resources services and procedures in government agencies in the emirate, as of today “Monday”, as part of the department’s efforts to accelerate government digital transformation and enhance the efficiency of institutional performance.
Safia Al -Mahrazi, Director of Human Resources Programs and Services Department in the department, stressed that the launch of the cloud computing system constitutes a strategic step that reflects the commitment of the Ajman government to a comprehensive digital transformation, noting that the new system provides a flexible and safe platform that enables the authorities to access services and data smoothly and efficiently, which contributes to raising the efficiency of administrative operations and providing smart and sustainable services.
She added that “the cloud system is one of the most prominent modern technical solutions, and keeps pace with the emirate’s directions towards innovation in government services, and enhances the readiness of human cadres to benefit from digital transformation,” noting that the department has finished rehabilitating and training employees specialized in government agencies to use the system with high efficiency.
In this context, the department issued a circular to all government agencies in the emirate, stipulating the adoption of the unified cloud system and the suspension of work with any alternative systems or tools, except for exceptional cases, stressing the importance of adhering to new updates and coordination with support teams to ensure the continuity of services and the smooth transition.
This update comes in line with the specialties of the department contained in the Emiri Decree No. 4 of 2017, and its continuous endeavor to implement the best technical practices in managing human capital, and achieving the aspirations of Ajman 2030 vision towards a smart and effective government system.
