Saudi industrial production rises 7.9% in June

Riyadh, August 10 / WAM / The General Authority for Statistics in Saudi Arabia announced that the record for industrial production for the month of June 2025 recorded an increase of 7.9% compared to the same month in the previous year.

This growth was mainly driven by the increase in the non -oil activities index by 8.6%, while the oil activities index recorded an annual growth by 7.7%.

In terms of major activities, the manufacturing industry activity led growth with an increase of 11.1%, and the mining and quarry exploitation activity recorded a growth of 6.0%, and the water supply activity increased by 6.9%, and electricity and gas supplies by 5.6%on an annual basis.
