The Emirates Football Association has adopted the national team program next September in preparation for the matches of the qualifying attaché to the 2026 World Cup finals, as the attachment competitions will be held from the eighth to October 14, where the team faces its counterparts of Oman and Qatar in the Jassim bin Hamad stadium in the Qatari capital, Doha.

The Football Association announced that the team will hold a training camp in Dubai from the 25th of this month until the ninth of next September, during which it will play two friendly matches, the first against the Syrian team on the fourth of September and the second against Bahrain on the eighth of the same month in the Zabeel stadium in Al -Wasl Club.

And, a member of the administrative apparatus of the national team, Matar Al -Sahabani, during a press statement to the official website of the Football Association, many thanks to Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the president of the federation, for his support and follow -up to the national team, stressing that this support has a direct positive impact on the preparation of Al -Abyad.

Al -Sahbani also thanked the Federation’s Board of Directors for the continuous interest in the national team and their confidence in the administrative apparatus, and praised the efforts of the General Secretariat that facilitated all matters and made needs and requirements. And the price of the UAE Professional Association and its keenness to provide the team’s sufficient space and coordinate the calendar of its competitions with the Football Association to serve Al -Abyad in its upcoming posts.

Regarding coordination with the clubs, he said, “Cooperation and coordination with the clubs has followed in the best way regarding international players. This cooperation is very important for the national team at this stage of preparation, and we value the cooperation of the club departments and thank them for their support for the white.”

Al -Sahbani praised the efforts of the departments that worked with the national team during the past years, appreciating its sincere and large efforts.

On the Austria camp, Matar Al -Sahabani confirmed that the ten -day gathering achieved its goals in terms of technical and physical aspects, as the technical staff led by Cosmin Olario was keen to implement the program completely through daily training sessions, in addition to technical meetings with the players.

He said, “The coach, Cosmin, feels happy and satisfied with the performance of the players during the exercises and experimental matches and their assimilation of the gameplay. Here, it is necessary to pay tribute to the players’ discipline and their commitment to the instructions, and this has a clear role in the success of the Austrian camp. “

Al -Sahabani talked about the two friendly experiences that Al -Abyad fought in front of the Italian Lechi and Bravo Slovenian, indicating that the goal of these experiences is that the technical staff apply his ideas, and he knows him more and broader at the levels of players and their technical and physical readiness and increase homogeneity among them, especially since there are a number of elements that join for the first time to the ranks of the national team.

He explained that the next camp will be more useful, especially since the local competitions will start soon, and the players will play official matches with their clubs, and this raises the technical and physical readiness, stressing the technical staff’s keenness to follow up on the performance of all international players, including those who were absent from Austria gathering due to injury.

With regard to the friendly confrontations against Syria and Bahrain, he said: “The choice of these two teams came as a result of their proximity to the level of competitors in the Asian attaché, and they will be a real test for the white, and a great opportunity for the technical staff to check on the condition of the team and its readiness.
