9 requirements for obtaining compensation for “disruption for work” .. Learn to it

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has specified the conditions for obtaining compensation provided by the insurance system for disruption for work for subscribers, which is spent for a period not exceeding 3 months or until an alternative work is found.

The Ministry stated through its platforms on social media, that there are 9 conditions for paying compensation to the beneficiaries, firstly that the subscription period is not less than 12 months related to the disruption insurance system, provided that there is no interruption in the subscription for a period of more than 3 consecutive months.

She added that the second condition is that the employee is committed to paying all insurance premiums according to the periodical specified for him, as it is required that the person be proven to be disrupted for work for a reason other than resignation, and that he has not been dismissed from his work for disciplinary reasons in accordance with the provisions of legislation in force to regulate labor relations for workers in the private sector and human resources for employees in the federal government.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation explained that among the conditions is the necessity of submitting the claim within 30 days from the end of the work relationship or the dismissal of the labor complaint referring to the judiciary, and the applicant should not have a complaint that exists in his discount from work.

The ministry also stipulated that the demand for compensation not be by fraud or fraud, or if it turns out that the facility in which it works is fake.

And the loss of work is not the result of strikes or non -peaceful labor stops, whether it arises from them or not.

Finally, the person is legally present in the state.
