The head of the state comforted the Japanese people on the death of Genchsu Sen

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to the Japanese people on the death of Dr. Genchitsu Sen, stressing that His Highness Dr. Genchitsu Sun was a symbol of acquaintance between civilizations and cultures, and enhancing the cultural interaction between the UAE and Japan.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in a post on his official account on the X platform, said yesterday: “The sincere condolences on the death of Dr. Genchitu to the age of his relatives, his loved ones and the Japanese people.”

His Highness added: «Dr. Genchitu was a symbol of acquaintance between civilizations and cultures, and a model for pride in heritage and preserving it for future generations through his rituals in preparing traditional Japanese tea, and played an important role in promoting cultural interaction between the UAE and Japan, by introducing the Emirati people to the ancient Japanese traditions.
