After her health crisis and fears of her expulsion from her apartment … a minister interferes to solve the crisis of a famous artist (photo)

This step comes after an agreement between the Minister of Culture, Dr. and Captain of Representative Professions, Dr. Ashraf Zaki, with the aim of providing support to the artist and overcoming any obstacles before her, within the framework of the two sides’ keenness to take care of the symbols of Egyptian art and preserve their position.

The visit is scheduled to include a number of representatives of the ministry and the union, as the artist will be listened directly to the artist and work to develop practical solutions that guarantee the fulfillment of her demands and support.

Fouad sought help from the Minister of Culture after being exposed to several health crises and her inability to provide her treatment due to her financial conditions, as well as her fears of her expulsion from her apartment due to the recently approved rental law.

The artist also said in statements to Al -Arabiya, that she is no longer able to bear the expenses of her many treatment, especially that she suffers from a herniated disc, and some problems in the foot, and she needs physical therapy sessions and this is what cost them high expenses.

She added that she is getting a pension from the Representative Professions Syndicate of only 600 pounds per month, equivalent to 12 dollars, which is a small amount.

The Egyptian artist was also surprised by a new crisis, which is the issuance of the rental law, where she resides inside an apartment in the old rental system, which forced her to leave and evacuate her after seven years, adding that she sought help from the Minister of Culture to solve all these problems, especially as she presented to Egyptian art a lot, and does not want to reside in the last days of her life in a house for the elderly.

The artist continued that the Minister of Culture promised her to solve her crisis, and to communicate with the artist Ashraf Zaki, head of the actors, to raise the value of her monthly pension, and ensure treatment expenses. (Al -Arabiya)
