Ajman Police is looking to raise the level of traffic safety and provide a safe road environment

Ajman, August 16/ WAM/ The Traffic and Patrols Department of the General Command of Ajman Police discussed with a delegation from the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure and the Municipal Department and Planning in Ajman, ways to joint cooperation in the field of road security enhancement and develop traffic infrastructure in the emirate.
Government agencies are keen to unify efforts and enhance integration between institutions to improve the level of traffic safety and achieve the highest standards of safety on the federal and main roads in the emirate.
The delegation included Eng. Abdul Rahman Al -Mahmoud, Director of the Federal Roads Assets Department at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, and Eng. Abdullah Mustafa Al Marzouqi, Director of Roads and Infrastructure Department at the Municipal Department and Planning in Ajman, and in their meeting, Lt. Col. Rashid bin Hindi, Deputy Director of Traffic and Patrols Department at Ajman Police, along with a number of specialized officers.
Lt. Col. Rashid bin Hindi praised the great efforts made by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure and the Municipal Department and Planning in developing the road network and enhancing the infrastructure in the emirate, stressing that this fruitful cooperation reflects the common concern to raise the level of traffic safety and provide a safe and sustainable road environment, noting the importance of continuing coordination and exchanging experiences to achieve the aspirations of good leadership in serving the community and enhancing the quality of life in the emirate.
The meeting discussed a set of axes related to road security and the development of the infrastructure of the federal roads in the emirate, in a way that contributes to reducing traffic accidents, reducing congestion and improving the smooth flow of traffic within the emirate.
