Niger .. 44 people were killed and wounded, and thousands were displaced by floods
The National Assembly of Fire Teams in Niger announced that the floods resulted in the death of 23 people, the injury of 21 others, the displacement of more than 42 thousand affected people." target ="_Blank"> As a result of the floods , equivalent to 42,559 people, in addition to the collapse of 361 homes." target ="_Blank"> Prevention procedures to be followed, among them avoiding crossing waterways and submerged bridges, and leaving the areas exposed to floods, and not housing in fragile or threatened housing, stressing the need to refrain from shelter under the trees, closing waterways and swimming in ponds or drains, and carrying out excavation work after Rains , calling on drivers to reduce speed during rain and avoid any unnecessary risk.
