Abu Dhabi, August 17 / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced a remarkable growth in the number of certificates of origin, which reflects the expansion of the base of exporters and non -oil exports and the diversity of economic activities in the emirate, where the number of certificates of origin issued from June 2024 to June 2025 increased by 10.3% compared to the period from June 2023 to June 2024, in a clear indication of the growing export activity and increasing The demand for the services of the Chamber, and the escalation of the contribution of the private sector in the enhancement of non -oil exports and the consolidation of the Abu Dhabi site on the regional and global trade map.

The growth of the certificates of origin issued by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry is embodied by the established Chamber’s commitment to enhance the competitiveness of the private sector, and the establishment of the emirate’s position is a leading regional center in the fields of trade and investment.

The data also shows a remarkable increase in the rates of participation in export activities, as exporters in Abu Dhabi contribute to a pivotal role in pushing this economic momentum, which enhances the presence of the emirate on the map of regional and international trade, and confirms its position as a strategic destination for business and growth.

The non -oil foreign trade of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi recorded a strong performance during the first half of the year 2025, achieving a growth of 34.7%compared to the same period of the previous year, in the continuation of the accelerated growth path witnessed by the emirate.

Non -oil exports witnessed a remarkable increase by 64%, and re -export activities increased by 35%, with imports increased by 15%, which reflects the vitality of the Abu Dhabi economy and the expansion of its commercial relations with its partners around the world.

This performance is an extension of the strong growth achieved last year (2024), when non -oil trade increased by 9%, exports recorded 16%, while re -export activities increased by 11%, and imports achieved an increase of 3%, highlighting the durability of the local economy and its ability to adapt and grow in a changing global environment.

The data of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry also shows the high issues of origins for companies operating in the industrial sector, most notably the chemical, mineral and engineering industries, in a clear indication of the diversity of the industrial base of the emirate, and the growing capabilities of the advanced manufacturing.

The data also shows the remarkable rise in exports of small and medium -sized companies, which have benefited from the qualitative room initiatives, including business reconciliation programs and specialized in export, as well as strategic partnerships with the most prominent commercial and investment agencies, which strengthened their ability to access regional and global markets.
