Because of leaked videos … a sensation due to a famous blogger, and the last is resorting to the judiciary

A video attributed to the controversial Blue Blogir spread the latest of a sensation, which led her to submit an official communication against his publishers, demanding that the necessary legal measures be taken against them.

Abdel -Razek decided to resort to the legal and judicial path to confront what she considered “distorting campaigns targeting it”, where fake clips are published attributed to them under the title “leaked videos”.

Abdel Razek assigned her lawyer to submit official reports against websites and accounts on social media platforms that promoted these fabricated materials.

Lawyer Hani Sameh explained that he had submitted several reports as an agent of Hadeer Abdel Razek, calling for the opening of investigations to reach those in charge of publishing and circulating these clips, which he said clearly violates the provisions of media and information technology laws.

The lawyer indicated that one of the reports was registered with No. 1316230, the Public Prosecutor’s petitions, and he is under investigation and examination before the Economic Prosecution. The communication included multiple accusations, including manufacturing, counterfeiting, and proportional videos, as well as intentional abuse and inconvenience, and challenging symptoms through media and technical media.

The communication also indicated that violations stipulated by the Press and Media Organization Law, and the use of information programs to manipulate personal data and link them to the content of public morals in a way that offends the reputation of his client.

It is noteworthy that the name of the Blueger Hadeer Abdel Razek, spread last month, after a video clip of her was monitored by surveillance cameras inside her apartment, through which she revealed that she was beaten and beaten by her husband inside the apartment, amid disadvantages, screaming and crying.
