"Emirates to care for sports talents" The hero includes Khalifa Al Falasi for her programs

Dubai, August 19 / WAM / The Emirates Committee for Sports Talents and Support of National Sports, affiliated with the Ministry of Sports, announced the hero Khalifa Al -Falasi to its programs designated to support and enhance the paths of developing sports talent in the country.

Al -Falasi is “17 years”, the first and youngest professional driver from the UAE to officially qualify to participate in the World Auto Racing Championship “Draft”, scheduled from October 2 to 5, 2025 in the country of Latvia.

His Excellency Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum, Assistant Undersecretary for the Sports Development and Competitiveness Sector in the Ministry of Sports, met the head of the Emirates Committee for Sports Talents and Support of National Sports, the hero Khalifa Al Falasi at the Ministry’s headquarters in Dubai, stressing that the ministry puts the discovery of talents and its development at the heart of its priorities, and is considered a basic pillar to build a distinct sporting generation, to represent the state in regional and international forums, and establish its position as an incubator destination Supporting talents and sustainable sports.

Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum stressed that the Emirates Committee for Sports Talents Care continues its efforts to monitor and discover sports talents in various sports in the country, and to provide technical and administrative support for the talents and financing and training programs that guarantee their refinement and development, and to create an integrated system that guarantees the development of athletes continuously to ensure that they reach the level of the professional elite, with the aim of preparing a mathematical generation for international competition within the environment Sustainable professionalism.

He said that Al -Falasi’s accession to the program is a practical translation of the Ministry of Sports’s message in supporting young sports talents and investing in human capital, in line with the directives of good leadership to enhance the competitiveness of Emirati sport and consolidate its presence on the international scene.

It is noteworthy that Al -Falasi ranked the first in the Emirates Service Championship 2024, and he also won the third place in the “Red Bull Car Park” qualifiers in the Emirates, and the third place also in the “Amman Car Park Darft” championship (Middle East category), as it is the second in the Emirates Darft Championship (Professional Category 2025), and the smallest professional driver in the Middle East.
