"Emirates Horse Racing" The trial races for the current season conclude at Jebel Ali Raceway

Dubai, March 18 / WAM / The Emirates Horse Racing Authority concluded the trial races for the current season for purebred Arabian and hybrid horses this evening at Jebel Ali Racecourse in Dubai, with 3 rounds over distances of 1,000 and 800 metres.

The Authority explained that the 25th trial race of the season witnessed the participation of 19 horses, including 15 in two races for purebred Arabian horses, including 6 horses that had never participated in races, and 9 that had previously participated.

She pointed out that 4 horses competed in the race for purebred hybrid horses, with two horses having previously participated in the races, while two horses had never participated in the races.

Rashid Al Balushi, a member of the Supervisory Committee of the Emirates Horse Racing Authority, confirmed that the completion of the number of trial races in the current season at the Jebel Ali Track in Dubai today confirms the Authority’s keenness on best practices at all tracks, and in approving horses according to requirements, which confirms the developmental efforts to enhance global competitiveness in equestrian sports.
