"Real estate contribution regulation law" The topic of a seminar in Ajman

Ajman, August 21/ WAM/ Ajman Chamber organized a symposium entitled “The Law on Regulating Real Estate Contribution in the Emirate of Ajman”, in cooperation with the Department of Lands and Real Estate Organization in Ajman, as part of a series of legal seminars organized by the Chamber with the aim of spreading legal awareness and enhancing knowledge of the business community.

The workshop was attended by 160 participants from government agencies, institutions, companies operating in the real estate sector, investors, business owners and legal, through the visual communication feature.

Hindi Obaid Al -Matroushi, Director of Legal Affairs Department in the Ajman Chamber, stressed the importance of the symposium and its role in highlighting the status of the real estate sector in the emirate as one of the main pillars of the local economy, explaining that the symposium highlights the principles and regulations that guarantee a safe and sustainable investment environment, especially in light of the accelerated growth of real estate activities in the emirate.

He noted the keenness of the Ajman Chamber to diversify the agenda of its legal seminars in cooperation with government and private agencies, in order to enhance the spread of legal culture between the business community, and keep pace with legislative and regulatory developments, and contributes to providing a more attractive, competitive and sustainable economic and investment environment.

The symposium presented by Nasser Al Marzouqi, Director of the Department of Real Estate Relations in the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department in Ajman, discussed.

Many of the main axes of the “law regulating real estate contribution in the Emirate of Ajman”, including the types of real estate contribution, the conditions for its registration and cancellation, the stages of implementation and the liquidation of contributions, in addition to the obligations of the Secretary of Real Estate Contribution, the rights and duties of shareholders.
