Ronaldo’s engagement ring raises controversy again

In a surprising step, a Spanish jewelry expert revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo made a request to marry Georgina Rodriguez with a “cocktail” ring that is not really suitable for the marriage ring as much as it can be used only on occasions and does not fulfill the criteria of the engagement ring.

“The engagement ring presented by Ronaldo to Georgina is huge and heavy, this type of jewelry that weighs about 40 carats is more suitable for the contract than in the form of a ring,” the Spanish expert told Corriere dello Sport.
