When is traffic points erasing?

The Ministry of Interior stated that the traffic points that have passed a year have been erased and did not reach the cumulative point of the points.

She explained that the cumulative limit of traffic points is the number of traffic points (24) points during a period of time not exceeding one year.

Second: Reservation of the driver’s license to stop the work for a period of six months in the previous traffic.

Third: Reserving the driver’s license for a year and is not returned to its owner except after passing a training course in one of the driving institutes adopted by the competent authority in the previous traffic previous.

Traffic points are a number of points that are determined on the driver of the violating vehicle, in exchange for some of the traffic violations he commits, and the number of points is proportional to the gravity of the violation, and is calculated from the date of the commission of the violation.

According to the Federal Traffic and Traffic Law, there are 24 traffic violations against the perpetrator of the vehicle’s seizure penalty range between a week and 90 days, and 61 violations that have traffic points between 4 and 24 points, out of a total of 114 violations included in the law.
