المملكة: Drugs and weapons: 1,079 customs smuggling cases were seized within a week
I registered Customs ports Land, sea and air (1079) cases of seizure of contraband, as part of the ongoing efforts made by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority "Zatka" To enhance the security aspect and protect society from various types and forms of prohibited items.
The seized items included (60) items of Narcotic substances, such as: hashish, cocaine, heroin, shabu, Captagon pills, and others, in addition to (512) prohibited substances.
Tight control
The customs ports witnessed (2036) collections of tobacco and its derivatives, in addition to (55) types of sums of money, and (14) types of weapons and their supplies.
She confirmed "Zatka" It is continuing to tighten customs control over the Kingdom’s imports and exports, in order to achieve the security and protection of society, through continuous cooperation and coordination with all its partners from the relevant authorities.
At the same time, it called on everyone to contribute to combating smuggling to protect society and the national economy, by contacting it on the number designated for security reports (1910) or via e-mail (1910@zatca.gov.sa) or the international number (009661910).
